Somewhere along the line, I had the impression that she had a blended family. Then, it seemed she was no longer married, so perhaps half the children went with their bio dad. JMO, picking up nits and nats in the conversations when she was on air.

Seriously??  The sinking ship is Lisa.  She is nowhere near "killing it".  She is grasping at straws, and that's been obvious for awhile.

It's my opinion.  She claimed that she left QVC because she had big plans, and it's pretty clear that she didn't.  She's been grasping at straws ever since, throwing things at the wall to see what sticks.  She sells out because she only has very low quantities to begin with, so that's hardly an indicator of "killing it".

Claiming that QVC is a sinking ship while Lisa is wildly successful is ludicrous.  Lisa will never approach the success of QVC, no matter how imperfect QVC may be.  That would be incredibly difficult to do.  It's a ridiculous comparison.

The point of my post, however, was that the topic here is Albany leaving.  But somehow this particular poster always manages to get a mention of how perfect & wonderful Lisa is into threads that have absolutely nothing to do with her.

Would some one  tell me please which one is Albany? I don't know them all by name.. Is i the young girl that's new? I know there is a host or 2 that I really like that I don't  see very much.

Anyone got a pic of Albany maybe ?

I don't know the particulars, but I assume their contracts weren't renewed by QVC

She seemed to do as well as many, IMO. Yes, she could be loud and silly but many hosts are. I don't understand and am sure we'll never know how she could get the ax and some that are so yawn, yawn boring still hang around. (SS) Oh, well! Y'all have fun day.

IF you have watched QVC for as long as I have you would know that QVC often lets hosts go with no goodbye and no prior announcement.  ONe day they are there and the next they aren't.   I can only think of a couple of names but Dave King, Shelia Johnston and a Jonathan something or other come to mind.  JUst gone with the wind.
