This has happened to me numerous times with Philosophy products. I no longer do auto delivery. You cannot depend on it. It is very misleading when the product becomes available in a different format.

The timeframe for Auto-Delivery orders is given before you agree to place your order. It is clear if the AD is a year or two years, etc.  I have  couple of favorite beauty products on AD and I know when the offers end. Also, you can check your ADs in the my account section to find out how many shipments you have remaining.  There is no shady dealings. Everything is stated clearly for the customer.

I get the salmon on AD and have for the last 2 years--it is a 1 year thing--I just wait til it is a TSV or a special value and re-up it. But you HAVE to read the fine print!!

@PhilaLady1  I have been in autodelivery for Philosophy Facial Cleanser since 2008 and pay $36.38 for 32oz bottle. I sometimes skip shipments for yrs but they continue to honor my deal. As I recall you paid the same price "for as long as you stayed in the program".

I believe this was one of the first autodelivery programs when there was no time limit.

Wow that is a long time.  Kudos to QVC to keep it going.
