QVC honor your auto delivery system reegardless  of how many yearts a person has been in auto delivery.  Years ago auto delivery had no expiration date....I  ordered the Supersmile toothpaste.  Earlier this month it was time for another order and I get a notice of back order.  THAT IS A LIE.  Today you are still selling the toothpaste but it is now at more than $10 than my original program even though you change the item number.  You do not want to honor because the price then was cheaper than today.  That is crooked selling and could be illegal.  You have stooped so low ....there are ways you can save money withouty screwing your customers who made y ou what you are.

Definitely not illegal or "crooked selling".  The auto delivery terms are readily available under FAQs.  You also have no idea why the toothpaste is on back order or that you won't get it at your auto delivery price.   Item numbers change all the time for many reasons.   Unfortunately you seem to have had many negative experiences with QVC based on past posts.  Maybe try calling customer service if you haven't already done so

Good point!  Just out of curiosity I just checked the AD pages for all Supersmile configurations.  Every one states a length of time between 6 months and 2 years.

I have been shopping at QVC for about 35 years.  I could be wrong, but I don't remember any auto delivery to be in perpetuity.   I admit that I made a mistake with HSN auto ship.  I did not realize that all I was doing was signing up for recurring shipments.  The price was not locked in and I paid almost $20 more for the second shipment.  Noone to blame but myself for not understanding.

Don't know  who you are but..,....today they are s elling the toothpaste and no mention of it being delayed in shipping.  And as for customer service.....called tyhem this morning about item being shown onj tv and CS could not find that item!!!!!!!!!!!!  How do yuou know about my posts being negative.......if QVC took care of business properly there would not be any negative posts from anyone.  In fact, I have anoither item on auto delvery that was cancelled before the end of the contract.  So don't tell me what you do not know!

Sometimes it's not QVC, but the vendor that cancels an auto-delivery for whatever reason.  However, it does state in the fine print somewhere that QVC has the right to cancel your auto-delivery at any time.

Sometimes a vendor will cancel ongoing orders at a lower price because they can no longer fulfill them at that price.  Or they just no longer want to fulfill them at that lower price.  Their option.

You're fortunate your order is on back order and not cancelled.  With inflation running so high lately, many auto-delivery orders that have no expiration date are being cancelled.  I don't think QVC even offers a-d without a limited term anymore.

The hosts always say to lock in auto-delivery.  That way if the price goes up you get it for the locked in price.

I have been on AD for Supersmile for years and years.

My AD for this item does NOT have an end date.  It was for as long as I was in the program or the item was available.

I have had no problems getting my AD for the toothpaste.

However @grooms ...AD is NOT a contract.  QVC or the vendor have the right to terminate at any time, just like I do.

I was also on AD for IT CC Cream with no end date.

It seems all the AD options I see now, do have a specfic time frame to end.

@grooms  is right, ordered from the beginning...the AD on the toothpaste does NOT have a close date.

I have future shipments showing thru Jan of 2026!   That is not to say I will get them....but just to show it was an unending AD when the order was placed.

They said it is on back order. They did not cancel future shipments.

I have been on auto delivery for two items for over ten years. One item has been on back order twice and I got it in a reasonable time.

Supersmile is offered in a variety of sizes and flavors, perhaps your specific order is not available right now.

If you really believe they are lying, do you even want any more orders from them?
