Well I think my issue is much worse. I am using my husbands account. My account is gone QVC is telling mie that my email address never existed. I ordered via that accout for about 20 years and there are 100's of orcers. My daughter told me that Ballard Designs one of the companuies under the umbrella of the owners of QVC did a major upgrade on their system. Maybe that had someting to do wigh this mess.

It's sure a pain, but I'll put up with it as long as they don't get rid of the forums. As pathetic as it is, this is a lot of my social life thru out the day and I'd sure miss it and all of you.

I, too, have been having problems with getting to the forums. I'm on an iPad and thought it was me.
I would be extremely disappointed if these forums would be gone. Although I don't always comment, I do read and have learned much from you all.
I do remember when the HSN boards were in their glory. I was quite prolific poster and made many good cyber friends.

I enjoy posting/reading here. Wonder if there's another place for those that wanted to stay, migrate over to just in case this one goes ka-put.
Proboards is a place I think people can set up their own forum. Might be another place, I don't know.
At least some would be able to keep in touch.

Entirely theoretical, but based on my own experience in the last couple days I wonder if it has to do with browsers. I have an iPad mini, older browser and I pretty much only use it for a music streaming and surfing the net real quick, nothing crazy. It has an older browser on it. I can login every day any time of day and the forums are fine, however every time I use my new iPad, there's a problem and I get that long menu/error page. Just wondering what it really is but weird this seems to be going on so long, but varies from device to device in my household.

Keep in mind that QVC Group has terminated and is in the process of terminating, every HSN employee in Florida save for relocating hosts and a handful of high level executives.
I imagine that QVC technology personnel will now have some responsibilities and oversight for HSN, which would make these forums very, very low priority.

I'm even having problems getting on wvc the page comes up saying not available , with cs phone # and another number for inquiries . What is going on anyways !? There seems to always be a problem. The fourum issues have been days now. Not being able to get into this website is a whole other issue now ! Hopefully CS is reading all our posts and are notifying the it dept.

This has happened before, more than once, and it takes a while for them to figure out what they changed on the website that caused this glitch and fix it without messing up their update. As mentioned, the forums are not a priority.
I will admit that it's weird that it only happens sporadically.
As a side note, if you click on "skip to footer" at the top right it will take you to the end of the page and then you can scroll up a bit to get the forums. It's much shorter than scrolling down from the top.

Early this am on the SG show they were announcing that the only way to place an order was by phone.
Sounds like the system has cratered, at least intermittently.
