I reported issues here yesterday AGAIN. Obviously getting here is hit and miss and no one's willing to fix it. 

Scrolling to the bottom of the page of mess sometimes works to get here and then if I try to post, etc. I get taken taken back to pages of a "menu" of all the departments of QVC.

I don't know if it's their bad software (that's been an issue for many years), lack of staffers to manage the forums and are eliminating it or no communication between CS and those in charge of the website.

If you can find your way here to post, what do you think is going on?

***Just spoke to CS again and she said "Still working on the issue ano date when it will be repaired".

This is day 3 which makes me think that fixing the issues are at the bottom of QVC's priority list.  Possibly ka-put!

I'm only able to get here backwards /forwards and trying many times.

Love you all, but I think until this is repaired, it's a PIA to communicate here.

When it "breaks" on my end, scrolling down to the bottom doesn't work for me at all. I just have to wait for a few minutes and try again.  I've had problems 3 separate times this morning.

I think QVC is trying to tell us something.  This has been going on for 3 days on and off with no warning or explanation.  I wouldn't be surprised if the forums disappear without notice.

I wonder if there may be issues much more urgent than this board that are consuming the time, employee time and bandwidth to keep things running. If that is the case it may be a case of setting the priorities-in which case (and rightly so) this board is at the bottom of the stack and it may be the first to lose the attention so it is limited.

Early this morning it was still off. Now, it's working fine. I am on Chrome on a desktop.

@kaydee50   I hope that's not the case. I thought HSN had a forum of some kind and maybe they're trying to merge them? I have no idea, but CS seems uninterested in finding out or sending a message to TPTB.

I seem to be on here on now without going around my a*s to get here. We'll see what happens during the rest of the day. It seems if you go to another site and then try to get back, that's a big issue.

I was just now able to get to LIVE CHAT...a miracle. The short answer is that IT knows about the issue and is working on it. Yep, sure!
