5 easy pay on demand

I got an email stating Hurry and use your 5 easy pays. Well when I tried to use it it wouldn't let me. When I called cs they said it wasn't on my account but on another account with my email address. I think it is an old account I had. Well they wouldn't let me have the 5 easy pays. QVC needs to offer this to everyone not just random. HSN is so much better to there customers.
