Q packaging - come on, QvC!

i just received a new computer from the Q which travelled across the country bouncing around the larger box it was shipped in - with about 8 inches of emptiness and 2 little plastic air pillows - i mean little. The paper tape was coming undone - and i think my bill slipped out in transit. i really don't think this is the way to respect a $650 purchase - haven't hooked it up yet but hope it works.
