Re: 5/8 In The Kitchen With David

It's one thing to share information like the upcoming TSVs or show/host changes -- those are great, and I actually appreciate that a lot.

But it's another to passively berate posters for not knowing what happened with a product line in 2004.  Or, worse yet, not knowing something that we couldn't possibly know without inside QVC knowledge.

This Sunday's Fashion Day has been on the online program guide for nearly 5 weeks now so I'm not sure why anyone is surprised.

I wasnt expressing surprise, i was merely informing. He normally is on the main channel and i wouldnt think to check another channel as ive only seen that myself one other time. Usually they wouldnt have the show at all. Being helpful to like- minded folk.

I have never looked at the online program guide by the way. Ever.

Re: 5/8 In The Kitchen With David

I can understand David being on Q2, but why the barebones set? (For the most part; I think he is in the kitchen with the CE rep) Why the dot.com pictures instead of in-studio samples? Is it a staffing situation, where they are limiting people in the building?

I know how Q2 runs, but I'd think ITKWD would be an exception to that rule as it's a main channel staple, plus it's on the kitchen set as opposed to the fashion set.  I felt so sorry for David sitting an an empty table talking to Dawn M. via Skype about chicken nuggets!

@SarrrieJ "Oh just great! Another day of clothing."

Lately all the clothing looks the same.  Most of it looks like loungewear.  The clothing seems to be geared towards people who are working from home.  Just roll out of bed put on some slippers and you are ready for the day.

@Qvcmeow   QVC 2 is run on a very bare bones set in a fraction of the size of the main channel sets. There is no room for even a normal size crew, or item set-up with displays, samples, props,  etc.  on QVC 2.  Hosts gets a chair and a table and minimal background.  A couple of the hosts have shown the set-up on their social media pages in the past.

Re: 5/8 In The Kitchen With David

Im just happy that they are back to using Q2 to give us live shows and another option to watch in case we aren't interested in the products shown on the main channel ....much better than an all rerun channel
