Changing the channel certainly won't help QVC's financial picture....and the website has limited product details and product info...its usually just sales "puffery" so that's why viewers want to watch and see the presentations....But even if Im really interested in a product there are certain hosts that I find annoying and I will change the channel, but that isn't helping QVC make a sale.....that's the purpose of our post

That's so true, Spurt, for me. If I like the product, but not the host, I'm not watching or buying.

Same here....even if I'm a bit interested there's some hosts I just can't watch.....

I really like Carolyn's presentations. I always feel like she is being truthful to us viewers. I rely on her descriptions.  Some of the other hosts do not really describe how th items will fit if you are "hippy" or "curvy"or tall or short . Plus she is upbeat and just seems like fun..
