When Molly and I walk, I have my keys, cell phone and poop bags (at least 3 for a 90 minute walk). I purchased an inexpensive, around the waist nylon bag that clasps like a dog's collar and is adjustable, but can't make it small enough...slid down around my ankles twice during the walks. Yes, a sight and dangerous.

Any suggestions for an inexpensive "fanny pack", streamlined crossbody...anything that would work? What do you carry to hold your necessities?

In a pinch, I have taken a waist pack and slung it over my head and one shoulder, putting my other arm through the opening....a makeshift, diagonally worn pack.

I have Kleenex in one jacket pocket.... poop bags in the other pocket.  That is all I bring.

@jlkz   May try that w/ the one I purchased. I get let the strap most of the way out...crossbody style.

I suggest shortening the elastic band on the bag, so it does fit.  Stitch it up, or use a safety pin.

I would wear my gold lamé cross-body evening bag

@Shanus   What I do is wear sweatshirts with kangaroo pockets to put that stuff in.  In warm weather I got inexpensive fishing vests to put stuff in when walking and can even carry a water bottle for hot weather.

@Shanus    how about pant pockets? Sometimes in the summer I use a fanny pak
