@BornToShop, I've always fed her dry food.

My sheltie lost a lot of teeth this last timeSmiley Sad.  In spite of brushing and scraping.

He had an infected K-9.  So, now he has a curled lip.  Gives him more characterSmiley Happy

@BornToShop, I'm so glad you found something good for her and that she likes.

I feed them spaghetti whenever  I make it.  They love it and are happy pups. Knock on wood but my pups have never gotten sick. Shad-O had a little stroke in 2015 but bounced back as if nothing.

My little one has two teeth left and is  12-13. Her tongue hangs out too....so endearing. She now eats like a queen with very shredded poached chicken breast, mashed sweet potato and sometimes mashed rice! She has good days and bad days despite having to take 3 different meds twice a day. Love my rescue girl, Shiloh and her rescued, Chiweenie brother Coal!

Aw ... Carlita's adorable and looks so sweet.  My friend had a dog whose tongue hung out.  It would get dry, but I don't remember what she did for it.  The olive oil sounds like a good suggestion.

@Shiloh09, what we won't do for our soul mates!  I have another Chi, Lola who is 9.  So far so good with her.  I am so touched you gave her a forever home!  At times I feel my girls rescue me, lol.
