I know some of you have been through this before, so this is not a new issue. I've been lucky to get the right color of the right jewelry item pretty consistently, until now.
I ordered the fez, triple strand & bracelets in the grey and plum and the fez in caramel. As of today, I've received 4 boxes of jewelry and only one was the correct color. I've had the grey triple strand go to backorder and then in process back and forth for two weeks. It's still in process with no delivery date. CS has been helpful, but they have no clue why this necklace is "stuck" in process and hasn't shipped.
These jewelry pieces were "advance orders" so I don't understand why the vendor (and this is NOT QVC's fault) didn't have an exact count of the jewelry ordered, Now that they've shipped incorrect colors, I and other Linea Ladies, need to unravel it. Shipping it all back and then re-ordering the colors we expected to get, but didn't. Chances are we wouldn't get the reordered colors until the next reorder in mid October or maybe get lucky with returns.
Honestly, I could cope with all this aggravation if we weren't also dealing with a pandemic for 6 months and counting. But, this is now a bridge too far. I'm sending back the incorrect colors and calling it a day. Not reordering. Life is too short for this nonsense.
UPDATE: Now my three-strand grey necklace is backordered. I ordered this necklace in August as an "advance order" and I don't understand how the vendor couldn't get an accurate count of how many necklaces were ordered so they could fulfill them!

I wonder if any other jewelry lines here have the same problems? Anyone want to weigh in?

I feel your pain. As I had posted (and you may have read), I had the devil's own time getting the full set of the Linea clip exotic earrings.
Yesterday I received my Plum triple-strand bead necklace and love it. To be honest, I would have been happier with a higher grade of metal for the chain and lobster claw catch (and would have willingly paid more for it), but since mostly beads will show, I'm okay. The Caramel always appeared to my eye to show the beauty of these beads the best, and so I might, in the future, buy the Caramel.
After my clip earring botched fulfillment, which was ultimately corrected by the skillful QVC Team, I have experienced another mess. I ordered the TSV cardigan in Grey. It was shipped. What was shipped, however, was the new Linea turtleneck shell in Grey. I'd already purchased and received that. Now I am on waitlist for the cardigan, wondering if I ever will receive it.

Just a heads up, my Caramel Fez order contained the Grey Fez necklace and the Linea box it came in did indeed say Grey on the side of the box.
Mine was a QVC MISTAKE, not the vendors, for pulling the wrong item.
I ordered all three Fez items in all three colors, but this is the only item I have received.

It was actually a VENDOR mistake as the jewelry is shipped directly from the vendor, not QVC.

Thank you for weighing in. I do remember that clip earring mess! I've also had mixups in sizing once in awhile, but as one-offs, I can deal. I ordered so many pieces of this jewelry that it was a perfect storm when things went awry. It's too much.
I'm happy to hear you like your plum three-strand necklace. (Mine is still on the way, but I did get the plum bracelet delivered.) I hope your waitlisted grey gets fulfilled. That's a perfect example of what happens when the wrong item is shipped and your size is then unavailable. So frustrating. Maybe with returns you will get lucky. Fingers crossed for you.

Order the 3 Strand Necklace in Caramel to go with various new separates. Also the Fez necklace in Plum, as these colors would be stunning either alone or as shown, together. First of all, received an email "Your Triple Strand Necklace has been canceled per your request." HUH??? ![]()
Then the lovely Fez showed up. Plum? Nope but the caramel is lovely. I'm partial to real tiger's eye and those beads do apear real. Medallion, but not beads, fairly weighty.
PS Box labeled as Caramel. Since someone fiddled with my order, went ahead and changed my password. You just never know...

I ordered the Triple Strand necklace in Caramel in August and it has gone back and forth from In Process to Backorder too. I think today it says Backorder.
Not sure why some of them have been shipped and not others. Maybe some colors came in earlier? Did anyone receive their Caramel yet or just the Plum has been received?

So I'm not the only one to have her order cancelled without having pulled the plug herself?
And I, too, have been caught in the "In Process"/"Backorder" insanity. What gives? So odd! Is this a cunning attack on Linea customers, to get them to go elsewhere or what?
I ordered the Bedouin Beaded Necklace & Earring Set in Multi-Blue on 9/10. First the order was In Process for days. Then it went to Backorder. The next day, back to IP, then a few hours later, to BO. This went on for days until I contacted the QVC Team.
They informed me that the reason my set kept going to IP was because someone entered a "1" in quantity available as a placeholder. So, the system thought there was one set in inventory. However, nothing was available.
BUT, the day before I ordered the Multi-Blue, I ordered the Multi-Honey, which also went into processing and then became backordered multiple times. On the day that the Multi-Blue was given a firm BO status, the Multi-Honey was cancelled. I did not cancel it. Who did? My thought was that there definitely is no Mulit-Honey even faintly available but there is a bit of hope a Mulit-Blue might appear, and that one was placed on BO.
What a mysterious way to do business.
