I was going through my winter clothes and have decided to donate my XS and most of my S Whisperknit sweaters, since I am now more comfortable in a M.  Some of them were the Poshknits (remember them?).  I hate to do it, they are so lightly worn, but I don't see myself getting back to those sizes and I want to clear out my drawers of things I don't wear.  Do you keep Linea in sizes other than your current one?

Re: Outgrowing Linea Clothes

I donate clothes that is not my current size.  I figured that if I get back to smaller size, it's time to buy new ones to celebrate. Plus, the styles change and become outdated after a few years.

Re: Outgrowing Linea Clothes

Hi, @DecorDiva , I hear you.  I used to fit in xxs, xs tops and sm bottoms.
since menopause, it's small tops and medium bottoms.  They've been packed away for 2 years.  I adopted  2 lab puppies last Christmas and have started walking them daily for the last month.  I have a week vacation coming up, and donating all the xxs. I'm giving it  until spring and what doesn't fit is getting donated.

@momoftwo2007 - that is my philosophy for any other clothing line except Linea.  The styles are timeless and sometimes the fabrication is something that is hard to even find anymore.  Thus my dilemma.

@lrmuffin  - darn that menopause!  That's what got me too!  Two lab puppies?  You are ambitious!

My plan was for one.  I work full time, so my sister and family watch them while I work.  The kids, now teens wanted a dog but they have cats.  Of course , each kid wanted 1 and their aunt caved.

@DecorDiva    If your weight might change in the next five years, I suggest you invest in some sturdy plastic bins, label them Linea and the size, and hang on to those fine garments. It is HARD to find them online when you want them.

Re: Outgrowing Linea Clothes

As a senior lady my body has been many sizes through the years. But I worry that the quality of clothes has changed not for the better. So if there is good quality clothes and fabric get a Rubbermaid container and save them for the future. I have regretted giving away sweaters and coats in the past because you can't replace them . Please think twice because our bodies are constantly changing.

I don't know what is worse. "Maturing" into larger sizes or those aberrant chin hairs popping up. 🙀
