Actually I didn't contact Beth myself. I posted my problem on Q talk and she responded. I was very upset because I was told I was out a lot of money. I think she takes her job very seriously and really wants to help.

I suspect that because of the holidays extra help has been hired who do not know the proper way to do their job.

It is not just Linea.  I ordered a GILI jacket a week and a half ago and it is still In Process. I sent them 2 emails.  I usually get an answer within 24 hours.  This time I did not.  I think QVC is being inundated with shipping etc. issues.  Not a good time of the year to have shipping issues.

There has even been media coverage of QVC's shipping issues, which is one of the reasons (along with their business model), they had much lower earnings this year. Part of the issue, as the article explained, is the merger with HSN. QVC is building another warehouse in Bethlehem, Pa to address the fulfilment issues, but it won't be done until 2021. Mergers can be very disruptive to the businesses & customers involved.

So, what we're experiencing with worsening shipping problems is well documented and no secret to QVC.

Amazon is having problems also. One ABC news tonight.

I saw that on ABC. Amazon's issues were temporary due to bad weather and big Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales. Deliveries are back to normal now. Wish we could say the same for QVC.

My Linea striped blouse (ordered on 11/22/19) is "Preparing to Ship" on 12/08/19. QVC's progress? Will let you know when it arrives.

@Kachina624  Update. My blouse spend one night in Ontario, CA then spend four days/night in Fontena, CA and has now been in KC, MO for two days/nights. There is absolutely no logistical reason for using this s-l-o-w shipping by QVC.

Imagine I'll have it Monday at best. Lousy service!

I'll be watching LDO tonight for another sneak peak.

In all fairness, QVC has absolutely nothing to do with the routing of UPS trucks.   There could be many good reasons for the circuitous routing, like weather, or it could be an error.  Anyway it sounds as though you will probably get it early next week.  Fingers crossed.

@Kachina624  My Linea navy/ivory striped blouse arrived Saturday, 12/21/2019. The package had been opened and taped closed while sitting in CA and KC/MO for weeks. So creepy. 

ETA: It was ordered on 11/22/2019. Unsatisfactory IMO. I haven't placed any other orders with QVC since.

Well, the post I just did was about a Linea jacket.

I know other clothes have that terrible smell, but this one was particularly terrible (as I said) it went through the plastic it was in and permeated all of the clothes on top of it and under it.

Also, I've received now at least (maybe more) letters within the past 2 weeks that QVC could no fulfill my order(s) because they were unable to the products.

I don't remember the items but I do remember one letter was about the sunglasses they sell.

But that same day I received 2 pair of sunglasses.

My grandma had a saying, "The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing".

If ever something applies it is this company lately.

Who's running the place?  It's has become a mess!

Between the terrible smell in the clothes, orders not being filled, orders being lost and/or STILL in transit and on and on.

I look at some of my old clothes from even 2 years ago.  The quality and the style far surpasses what is offered today.

Every now and then one or two items will be shown that looks like something one might want to wear dressed nice (often they are Louis' clothes).

Yesterday I went to my daughter's Christmas Open House.  I wore an Isaac long sweater.  It was well made and I felt good in it.

Also those Linea jackets (I bought 3 different ones) are really nice.  2 of them stink like crazy.  One doesn't.  

How does all of this happen?  I noticed QVC used a few of the older (not age older, but the one's we used to see) models.

I missed seeing them.  I used to love watching Leah on Saturday mornings with Angela and the gang.  It was a nice way to start the day.  USED to.  Key words.

Where are those models?  It's not a big deal, people and businesses change but good grief this business has been turned upside down and it's not a good look for the company...not a good look at all.
