@tansy That's partially why I wrote it! Beth knows how much I appreciate her help. I contact her through email. She is also able to keep my replies for her personnel files. She is an amazing employee for QVC and represents the company well.
QVC also knows how much I appreciate her help, especially after so many other CSR's wouldn't (or couldn't) do anything.

I don't think Beth is in every day.
Have you considered calling corporate. The few times I did it was like magic.

The forum is filled with reports of lost packages and orders that did not arrive when they were supposed to. This is happening across the board to all kinds of items, not just Linea. Unless you think QVC is trying to sabotage their entire business (which some days feels like the case!), then no, they're not trying to sabotage Linea by losing things in shipping.
Linea has already been canceled and saved by the loyal followers, but that doesn't really bode well for the brand because if it were selling well, they wouldn't have canceled it in the first place.
QVC only brought it back to meet the demands of the buyers like you, but I would guess that the brand isn't on solid footing.

Do you have proof of this or are you just guessing. For someone who isn't "on solid footing" he gets an awful lot of Big Deals.

@lavendar I'm not about to bother Beth for every problem nor would I contact corporate over a delivery problem. Which is why I continued to use QVC's email to contact Customer Service Reps until they become too inefficient and simply lacked the ability or willingness to help me.
When I do contact Beth (seldom) by email, I write "at your convenience". If she's taking a few days off or on vacation, I simply wait for her response. Nothing is that urgent on my end. She is a busy employee at QVC and I feel fortunate to have her email address. (She wrote to me initially a few years ago for reasons not involving an order). Not about to take advantage of it or her ever.
Nothing with my ordering is so important to expect upper management to drop their own responsibilities to accomodate me! That goes beyond my imagination to be so brazen. Management is paid to working on budgets, fiscal responsibilities, expansions, acquisitions, five (or ten-year plans), and so much more!
I'll utilize Customer Service as QVC (and every other company) expects their customers to do.

There are times when I feel there is sabotage but always in subtle ways.
Awful photos or no jewelry photos on a still photo of a person; or mislabeled colors or lack of individual garment measurements or wrong items sent or the odd hours LDO always got to present his clothing or now no more Today’s Special Value but Big Deals on QVC2.
Now he has finally a brand ambassador, but he should have had one a lot sooner.

I honestly do not think there is a corporate plan to sabotage Linea. To me it's more like people just not doing their jobs. Maybe they are just overworked and overwhelmed.
