Since September, I've been trying to get all three colors of the striped blouses by Louis Dell'Olio. It's been one mess after another, but I've pursued and been soooo patient with QVC.
I've had wrong sizing, duplicates, (which has resulted in 8-12 emails with numerous inept CRS's until I wrote directly to Beth at QVC*), and today another order didn't arrive. GRRRR. (More later.)
* Beth took care of the problem and issued my credit easily. So grateful for Beth's help and on-going professionalism, kindness and stellar Customer Service. She even kept me as a QVC customer in order to purchase additional LDO whisper knits in January 2020! Beth has been a Moderator of these Forums for the years I've been around. She's fair, gentle and kind to all who have had the opportunity to know her.
Yet numerous other CRS's were unable to help after many, many emails had been exchanged back and forth. The other CSR's either didn't read and comprehend my request or simply did not want to go to the trouble of looking up my account to make sure a credit was due! I was frustrated and the last couple of emails became not-so-kind. At that point, what did I have to loose? I didn't care! (Contacting Beth was my final try since I didn't want to bother her with such a small credit in the first place.)
Today's problem: My latest Linea blouse was supposed to arrive today. It did not. So I called Customer Service. They cannot find it! (I knew that. It has not shipped yet; there is not a Tracking Number. It's not rocket science!) Once again, I pressed the matter and this time, the gentleman was kind and tried to tell me it was "the holidays". When I explained "All three of this particular order number had been botched up by QVC since September, it could not possibly be the holidays and I felt QVC was sabatoging the Linea line. I was not happy and planned to wear the blouse on Friday. Where was it?"
He began to take me seriously. His name began with an "H", he was kind and courteous. He tried and tried . . . to no avail. He has promised to write to the Linea Buyers and "others" about the "frequent mistakes that are happening to the Linea products and explain how unhappy LDO's customers are with QVC's inability to ship and return items efficiently and correctly."
In the meantime, I have no idea when my blouse will be shipped!

It's not just Linea. I went crazy when I found out the Hairmax I bought three months ago was being returned to me because even though it has a 180 day return policy the Q thought it had the usual thirty day return. The first CSR insisted it was thirty days and refused to get a supervisor for me.
I spent five hours before the Q sent a UPS man to pick it up and provide a label. This is a four hundred dollar item. Beth was a big help as was the CSR supervisor. If you are refused a supervisor ask to have one call you back. If it wasn't two days before Thanksgiving I would have called Corporate.
I still would like to send an email to a higher power. If my credit doesn't show up by next week I will. I've called corporate in the past with good results.
I got a ten dollar inconvenience credit. HA!

@BirkiLady. If it's any consolation, last week I received a Q order that never had a tracking number in the system, this no tracking.pkg arrived right about when it should have and there was clearly a tracking number on the pkg. Apparently UPS neglected to enter it into the system. I had the same thing happen last summer. I bet you get your pkg any day, although UPS is running slow.
There's not a darn thing CS can do in these situation except wait with you to see if it shows up. They see the same info we see. Please don't panic as it's not lost; it's just travelling incognito.

@Kachina624 That would be wonderful, but I'm not hopeful of wearing that blouse on Friday as expected. It's another disappointment in the on-going saga of that item number and QVC's screw-ups. GRRRRR . . .

@lavendar Beth also gave me an inconvenience credit, but I don't talk about dollar amounts ever. It was a complete surprise. My little credit would have made me 100% happy!!

I mentioned the amount because I thought it was such a pittance considering it was much more than an inconvenience. Nothing went smoothly.
I just checked and I did get my return credited.
