I see that the price has gone up. I'd like to exchange it for size. I will have to pay the new, more expensive price?

@1jac  - No, this should be an even exchange money wise.  Same price and no additional shipping charges either way.  The few times I've done this, it seemed to take a long time.

If it works correctly, you can exchange it for a different size for no additional cost.   Sometimes by the time your item gets back to the Q and they process it your requested size might be gone. Then you will get a refund.

If they don't have your size for an exchange and you get a refund, does QVC charge you return shipping costs?  Thanks.

@Ms49r if QVC does not have your exchange in stock you will not be charged return shipping costs. You will be refunded everything you paid. They do sometimes get it wrong and charge you for return shipping. If this happens just call CS and they will refund the shipping. This has happened to me a few times, the most recent being last week. I called CS and they refunded the $6.95 shipping fee.

 I thought it looked a bit skimpy on the models, so I went up a size. I didn't like how it looked. I also did not like the workmanship on the edging. I've decided to return it. I'm hoping the riding jacket will work for me.
