Hurricane is heading right hear in SE North Carolina. The worst one since the 1850's. We're used to hurricanes but this one is scary.

My prayers have gone up for you and your loved ones and neighbors.  May you be protected from this vicious new storm.

I myself am fearing the enormous rain that will be dumped in my area.  You, on the other hand, have the extraordinarily strong wind savaging your home area in addition to the downpour.

Is it possible for you to go further inland during this hurricane?

@Berlybaby Prayers being sent that this storm doesn’t act like Harvey & dump tons of rain over your area. If ordered to evacuate please do so; move inland.

Thank you for your responses. Even though I'm on the coast we have not been asked to evacuate. It's the trees and the winds that are the problem.
