Again wrong Linea item sent!

[ Edited ]

I was also cursed from the ordering gods. What was supposed to be a size 4 Black blazer was a size 4 pants! Now I'll never get my blazer. I even double checked my invoice. This makes the 3rd order in the past 2 weeks I've received that was WRONG. They boxed up several items I had ordered separately and put them together.

That’s not good.  I would speak to a customer service supervisor.  They should give you the next available blazer when the returns come in.  In this case, since it was their mistake, you should advance to the head of the waitlist line!

Re: Again wrong Linea item sent!

The "Error god''  struck me for the first time. I ordered black tights, Size B. I got navy, Size E. CS was very nice; sending another navy before they get mine back.

Black is long gone but I had another pair on Waitlist Check. I wanted to see how the first pair fit. Changed to CC and that pair went to 'process. Keeping fingers crossed.

CS couldn't be nicer but black is gone. I do have a navy skirt and midi dress.

That is horrible. But don’t despair. Keep on checking. I had a few items that I put on check hold while I determined the right size. I’m about to release a size 4 port blazer back into the system.

They'll be a size 4P black pants back in the system before too long. I called and they just take your information and have a CS supervisor call you back. Hopefully I'll hear back today.

@lrmuffin@morganjen, this has happened to me twice in recent weeks. You would think that they would place you in the front of the line but apparently it doesn't work that way. Poor customer Service. You will have to make more than one call and they end up usually doing nothing but saying they are "Sorry". Just keep stalking!

@Tylerpoo  Figures. Hey, if any of the Linea ladies out there find their size 4 Black blazer does not fit, let me know. I will buy it.

@morganjen It’s horrible that they sent you the wrong item. Do keep stalking and you may get what you want. I sent back a size 4 black blazer yesterday. I wish I had known of  your dilemma before I returned it to QVC. I would have sent you mine. I hope this works out for you.

Re: Again wrong Linea item sent!

I called customer service and the guy said there is no way to put me on a waitlist for return items. He did say that they are in the process of transitioning extra holiday staff and there is a "steep learning curve." So fair warning, if you order anything now you may not receive the correct item. The supervisor basically said sorry (and tough luck).

Re: Again wrong Linea item sent!

I received a hideous jacket from another brand in a size 3 times larger instead of the Linea pants. This has happened to me before, but not recently, so the "staffing up for the holidays" response is not necessarily why. When I called CS, the rep notated my comments, but said that he couldn't do anything about it. I told him that they need to create a list for people who are put in this position. I also said that they need to have a way to identify the person in the warehouse who is making these mistakes and hold them accountable. In my opinion, this is a racket established by the Q. There needs to be a better way to deal with this. Another gripe of mine is that they tout their policy of free exchanges, but they do not typically have inventory left for exchanges, especially in the Linea line.  And, if something is returned in your size, it is hit or miss as to whether you catch it. You are the one who has to monitor all of it.  This should be a part of their system.  It is definitely not geared for the customer.
