CS has never been an issue for me - I would never escalate matters and ask for a Supervisor.  I rarely buy because so little appeals to me.  There's also the fact that I don't care for the way their boards are run.

I thought it only happened this way to me. I could have written that post. Always miss the call back...if they even call back. So not a fan of this putting two separate orders on the same label with no proper info. ie: states "easypay 000000 and purchase 000. i complained to corporate on this. The new smart label is horrible. Back to your issues. I have been through the same. i just placed my last orders. When it becomes frustrating it is time to stop. I wish you well. It is very generous of you t still post with us . You are so not alone on this.
