thanks for all of the suggestions ladies.

i am definitely going to check them all out.

just kind of sad that i have to get rid of my moms.....it has made many a cheesecake and this year was the last year!

 

i may even get two. i am leaning towards a non-stick one plus i was also looking at a silicone version with a glass bottom which sounds interesting.
