I would love to see a spice rack with filled spice bottles in old world and floral spice. Maybe a carousel type.

I'm amazed that people can put their spices on a carousel or a shelf. I put my dried herbs, seasonings and spices in a bookcase.

You must be one marvelous cook! I grew up with very few spices and herbs in the house, and I have branched out well beyond what my mother had, but I'm amazed at some of you wonderful cooks that are so creative with these things.

OP i would love that as well in the floral spice as I'm not a fan of OW. I like the Floral spice cranberry in my kitchen.

Did you check their website? I'm sure they've had spice jars before. I keep mine in decorative jelly jars.

The problem in selling "filled" spice bottles is that 1) you don't know the origin of the spices and herbs, and 2) you don't know how OLD they are and how long they have been laying around the hot warehouse, losing their potency...

@Mominohio - I buy a lot of my dried herbs and spices from Penzeys. If you haven't heard of them, order a catalog. You will be in heaven!

Anywho, I may need 1/4 tsp for the dish, but I have to buy the smallest jar that is sold. That's how I accumulate such a large collection. I may not use that spice again for 6 months.

Otherwise, it's pepper and garlic powder!
