Just got the new lock and lock storage containers and three lids do not fit. Customer service says send the set back. Sorry, but the seems stupid. Any advice on where I can get help with the lids?

You just did get advice. Send it back and they will get you another set or you can have your money back. Why do you consider that "stupid" advice? What do you want them to say?

Re: Lock and Lock lids to not fit

@Fionna  I have several sets of Lock & Lock & have given them as gifts.I’ve never had an issue with the lids.If I were you I would return them to QVC for a refund or exchange. It won’t cost you anything for shipping. My understanding is that Lock & Lock c.s. is not as responsive as QVC c.s.

Re: Lock and Lock lids to not fit

I have just filled all the containers with my things for one. Another it is hard to get to the post office and what if I get another set that is flawed.

@Fionna I don’t th8nk any place would just send parts of a set. They don’t have pieces to send. You just need to make sure that your new set is in good working order before you fill it next time.I wonder if your postal worker would take the package from you if you catch him or her delivering your mail.

@FionnaI had a lid with just a tab broken off of the last large set I purchased . It fell on the floor when I opened the package. I called L&L cs and they sent me just the lid. They did not ask me to send back the entire set. You might try again. Explain what an inconvience that is when you just need a lid or if they insist on you returning the whole thing --I would but do not be concerned about it being spotless .

Could be that a different rep might do things differently.

Edit= Just looked back over what I could see of your post and I see you said the lids do not fit  so you probably would need to send the whole thing back as something must be misshapen .

@Fionna - It seems odd that you would receive Lock & Lock pieces with lids that do not fit, especially since the pieces typically arrive with their lids attached. But in any case, if you do not want to or cannot return your full set to QVC for an exchange, try calling Lock & Lock customer service directly for assistance—they are very helpful and do a great job of replacing defective items. Representatives are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time at 844-527-9188.

Have your containers on hand when you call so you can provide the item numbers on the bottom. Good luck!

@Fionna.  You dont have to go to the post office.  Pack them up, use the QVC prepaid label and go to the USPS website and request a package pick-up.  They'll come and get it.

@sunshine45 - I've never seen a Lock & Lock container without a number on it, but I'd guess that if it at least has the volume listed and you can measure its size, you might be able to call L&L customer service and have them assist you in finding what you need. I've found the representatives to be very helpful. Good luck!
