Hi all. I don't use very much oil to cook, but when I do I use olive oil. A small bottle lasts me for a very long time. I was under the impression that it did not need refrigeration. But, after it's been open awhile, it begins to taste fishy. I used it last night to put on some spaghetti with garlic powder and a little salt, and I had to throw it out .... it tasted fishy. I hate fish totally, and I'm wondering if you all keep your EVOO in the frig.?
