Its frustrating and unnecessary. I've been waiting for candles for so long now.....they're stuck in limbo somewhere. I NEVER have this issue with Old Navy.

QVC is notorious for slow service. Mail isn't much better either.

Tx. heat will melt them if left in Tx for to long. LOL
