Another vote for Instant Pot.  There are many quart sizes and models to choose from.

InstantPot....yep.  It has a stainless steel pot, is simple to work, and does work.  It is great!

The stainless steel pot isn't optional; it comes with a stainless steel pot. I have the 7 in 1 IP Duo and love it. I make Japanese curry in 6 minutes (plus time to come to pressure and to saute the chicken and veggies in the pot) and soups in 6 minutes. I love that I brown meat and veggies in the pot, then add liquid and seasonings and leave it alone. Pot roast or pork roast in an hour. Carrots taste sweeter to me, and the nutrients stay in the pot. Bone broth is quick and tasty, too! And hard-boiled eggs are easy to peel. I've also made risotto in in and can't tell the difference from when I make it on the stove, which takes babysitting.

Amazon always has the Instant Pot as a Black Friday and Prime Day (just passed) special, so you may want to wait a few months. But then you won't have it for soup once fall sets in. Smiley Happy

I now like the ones HSN sells.  They also have stainless pots extra if you want.

Elite Brand     I have an 8 and a 4 qt ~
