Does anyone know or have used the stuffed eggplant recipe that used to be on the post grape nut box. This was many years ago and I would love to have that recipe to do again. I have searched everywhere that I could think of.I have even gone as far a calling the company but they have no idea what I am talking about. Would sure appreciate a copy if anyone else has the recipe. Thanx in advance.
