I would call QVC CS back & hopefully get a different rep. Explain what you concerns are & you shouldn't have to pay to return defective items. I have returned few TT sets and never paid for returned shipping but it has been a few years ago since that has happened.

I have never had any problems with Tara's CS but a few posters say they have. Guess it's about your attitude when you call them? I find that most CS are pleasant & they are there to help!

If an item is defective you do not have to pay return postage. Call CS and get it corrected. That has always been QVC's policy.

I wonder about that too. Like the Old World--how can they be "hand" painted?

Well, if you were on an assembly line painting dots (instead of concentrating on getting a pattern right) you could talk while you worked{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
