I KNEW you were going to buy that thing as soon as I discovered it came in red.  I think, once you become accustomed to it, you're going to love it.  You're a good cook (except for divinity) and you'll soon be making all of hubbo's favorites, but faster and even tastier.  It's just a method of cooking like baking or broiling, so you just adapt your own recipes.
