Instead of pickled or deviled eggs....sometimes we like to put our hard boiled eggs in a jar of mild peppers and have "peppered eggs".

I like to eat fried Spam with pancake syrup on it.
I like sliced cucumbers and sweet onions soaked in white vinegar.
@RedTop My family makes this (bold) and add red pepper flakes -- we call it hot salad. It's always one of the many side dishes at Thanksgiving. Love it!

Ranch dressing on pretty much anything. I like it on sausage & pepper sandwiches, fries, burgers, as a chip dip. I could pour it in a bowl and eat it with a spoon.

What I wouldn't eat - SPAM. SO unhealthy - gross ingredients.
@manhattan1950 - SPAM is actually a pretty simple and normal meat product; its only ingredients are cooked pork (pork shoulder and ham), salt, water, potato starch (to keep the meat moist), sugar, and sodium nitrite. aside from the potato starch, it's pretty much the same list of ingredients that you'd find in bacon or ham—and it's mighty tasty just seared in a skillet like you'd do for those other pork products...
Sodium nitrate is NOT good for anyone. I don't eat bacon, pork sausage, or ham or any meat that comes in a can. The meats you mentioned are too fatty and too salty.

@manhattan1950 - And that's your prerogative, of course. I was simply sharing about SPAM because it gets a bad rap for being "garbage meat" when it is basically just pork in a can.

I don't know if this is weird or odd---but sauteed cabbage and onions with garlic are delicious with cooked pasta and sprinkled with parm!

Oh @FlowerBear thanks for starting this thread as it's so fun to read what other folks enjoy. For me, when I was growing up I loved putting chocolate sauce on orange sherbet much to the chagrin of my family. Still love it to this day!
