Louisiana fish fry seasoning from  Walmart

Used on green tomatoes, and gonna use on catfish Wed.

 

no more corn meal on the tomatoes. gonna still crack an egg, dredge the green slices thru that and then coat them with the L fish fry seasoning coating mix and fry in little  crisco.

 

Don't salt, mix has plenty of salt already in it.

I like it but it's a little too spicy for me.  I mix some flour with it.
