Poached soft. When I make them at home, I use the Poachies bag / egg. Found them on the Amzn.

Cooked all the way with no runny parts. Eggs not cooked thoroughly can give you Salmonella. It's almost like eating raw chicken.

I could never eat an egg fixed like the picture. On the rare occasion that I eat them, they must be scrambled with lots of add-ins so they don't taste like eggs. I even find Cadbury Eggs to be repulsive.

Scrambled very dry or fried with the yellow hard - absolutely no runny goo or jiggly mess. It grosses me out to see people eat runny yellowness. Ick.

Scrambled in butter. Served with hashbrowns, bacon, English muffin with butter. One teaspoon grape jelly. Fairlife fat free milk.
