I like them over medium to over hard with hash browns, onions, bell peppers. I like hueveros ranchero with tortillas, beans and salsa. Can you tell I live in the Southwest?

I like eggs every way. What I don't like are over-cooked eggs, i.e. Scrambled eggs that are way over cooked, fried eggs that the edges are over fried, hard boiled eggs that are hard.
I think restaurants are trying so hard to make sure they are cooked all the way through, but the cooks are not skilled enough to know when to stop!!

I was always late for breakfast when I was a kid. And Mom was cooking my breakfast before school. So my eggs were always "well done". That is the way I like them, maybe because that is how I always ate them.
The yolk and white part of the egg were always dry and not goooey. Can't handle any runny yolk or white part.

Totally agree. And my preference is scrambled soft. I also like hard boiled but just barely. Seven minutes, tops. When poached, I like them a bit runny.

I eat two eggs a week, hard-boiled, and the only reason I eat them is b/c I feed them to my dog. She shares her egg with me otherwise I wouldn't eat them.

I was not a fan of eggs growing up. My mother made a quice recipe that included spinach (I love spinach), so when she did I would eat eggs. Having gone thru a health issue I have to watch the amount of spinach that I eat so it is very dry scrambled eggs --when I eat them.

I suddenly became allergic to eggs when I was twenty. I ate an Egg McMuffin one morning and overnight I developed life threatening hives. I have had myself tested periodically to see if I am still allergic b/c I love eggs. Omelets, scrambled, poached, soft boiled, french toast. Fried eggs are my least favorite and I don't like them well done. I can eat things made with eggs like pancakes and baked goods b/c the ratio of egg to other indegredients is low.
