I prefer scrambled eggs but no matter what kind of eggs I eat, they must be well done.  I cannot eat runny eggs.

Eggs Benedict is always a 1st choice, 2nd is in some kind of breakfast sandwich.

I will eat eggs no matter how they are prepared but prefer sunny side up with toast.  Love me hard boiled and egg salad, and even Cadbury ones.  😂

Soft boiled with toast, poached, over medium (jelly like center!), scrambled, Benedict, or coddled. And as part of a frittata or a Southwest Omelet with lots of peppers, onion, tomato, cilantro and salsa. 

I like them without their being fried in grease--more like poached.  I hate hate eggs fried at a high temperature or hard boiled until chalk with that green line.

Love French Toast. DH makes french bread with a cup of sourdough starter we use to make it with. It's not soggy. 

Just ate some with pure maple syrup plus bacon for breakfast Sat. I also pour a little syrup in little custard bowls so we can dip it. We don't like to pour it over french toast, pancakes etc.
