funnel cakes

{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}I enjoy funnel cakes, do you? I remember going to fairs or the boardwalk and eating this delightfil delectable. Since I"m housebound now, I decided to make them at home.I used my new CE electric fying pan, a recipe I have and then sprinkled w/ my homemade confectioner's sugar( 1 cup granulated sugar + 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed in a blender.)

So yummy and so not healthy!{#emotions_dlg.devil2}
