Jane stated they were wheat and gluten free. If they're gluten free....they are wheat free! No need to announce both....

I've been gluten free since 1987. I know the diet inside out...up and down. I don't eat this way to lose weight. I eat this way so I will live to be old! Smile

Adding....a product can be wheat free without being gluten free. Gluten is found in wheat, rye, and barley. Oats are a problem too. Some are contaminated. Some celiacs react to their form of protein too.
