@4kitties : Very much similar to a cast iron pan that my grandmother used to make what she called skillet corn bread, pancakes and grilled cheese. I will order one. Not able to cook now due to multiple health issues.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having health concerns.  It must be very frustrating for you.  I will be remembering you in my prayers. 🙏💕

@4kitties : Thank you. Back and hip problems. Difficult to stand or walk. Have schedule 6/7/24 epidural.

LeCreuset Signature Sauteuse pan, enameled cast iron.
It's about 9 1/2" inside dimension, 3 1/2 qts

I use it for frying, baking and every thing in between!

Brown meats, make any kind of baked dish, sloppy joes, stews, spaghetti in oven or on top of stove, you name it!

I treated myself to it a few years ago and can't believe how well it cooks and bakes. Cleans well.
It's heavier and more expensive, but I have gotten rid of some of my other pans.
it is sale now from $350 to $199 at LeCreuset. Free shipping

otherwise, Curtis Stone has one very similar, cheaper, not enameled cast iron, but my nonstick is showing some marks and the color is starting wear in a couple spots.
Hope you find something you like!
