What is your favorite smaller pan around 8 to 10 inches. Is it nonstick, what type of material? Thanks.

This is my favotite.  Got it at Costco a few years ago.  Loved it so much I got one for each of my daughters and then got myself another as a back up!  It is still in its wrapper in my pantry as my original is still going strong.

If you ever see it at Costco, just buy it.  I use it several times per week.  Eggs, grilled sandwiches come out just perfect on it.

All-Clad D5 non-stick is my favorite and Cuisinart tri-ply non-stick comes in second.

I bought a 3-pc. set of Henckels skillets at Costco a few years ago.  They get a lot of use. They're layered aluminum with a non-stick granite surface.

I bought a pair of frying pans (with lids), 10” and 12”, from HSN last year that are ceramic. I loved them so much I bought another set and then a set for my son for Christmas. They can also go into a 350 oven. They have that silicone helper handle. I don’t think they’re in stock right now.

I have an 8" nonstick Curtis Stone fry pan frorm HSN. For Christmas, my sister found a 8" nonstick grill pan (square) for me which I had been wanting for awhile. Both clean up nicely.

I have a 10 and 12 inch members mark non stick from Sam's club.  I actually use the bigger pan more.  Eggs come out perfect in them.  They are getting a bit worn, but that's what I reach for every time.  Silicone handle.  I also have two green pans from a few years ago from the Q, but the MM are really my favorite.
