I put my shredded zucchini in between paper towels, Bounty paper towelss hold up good for this.  I only press a small amount of liquid out.

Thanks for all the ideas, I never knew you really didn't have to get the liquid out before baking!  Thanks to all for taking the time to reply. As usual I always learn here. 👍😊
