I don't have time to bake, but an asst mgr brought these in from our locally owned (and now in SC) grocery store. All natural (a lot of things are "all natural" so ther's no additives at least!). They were darn yummy and I could have flossed for a month. I only ate one HALF!!!!!
Rolled oats, sugar, raisins cranberries, wheat and barly flower, and coconut. Milk and eggs with a few other items I know having taught Foods and Adv Foods. This IS going to need a little sugar, I'll give it that, but they are quite something! ![]()

Isn't it wonderful to find a great locally made cookie! Here in the St. Louis area it's Dad's Cookies - a hard oatmeal cookie that literally melts in the mouth with the most wonderful taste. I love to buy local products!

What is the name and brand of the cookies? They sound yummy.
I love cookies but hardly ever make them. Pretty much the only cookies I buy at the store are Pepperidge Farms Sausalito, Nantucket in the bag or the Chocolate or Classic mixed cookies in the box.

@Nightowlz These are from the deli at Ingles Grocery stores.

Those do look yummy. Too bad we don't have an Ingles grocery store. I will have to see what I can find around here.
Reminds me of some organic bites in a bag we bought from Sam's that have similar ingredients but can no longer find.

@Nightowlz They're only in NC and SC. He was a NC native. You could call and get them shipped. They have their on "All Natural" sticker on top. They're absolutely moist enough to ship.
Another great place to look at is River Street Sweets. Their handmade items are beyond wonderful! They're made in Georgia in small batches, and have a catalog. I am in love with their pecan pralines.
