I agree.  'Miracle Whip is gross on sandwiches.  It is salad dressing, not a dressing for a sandwich.  

I have had potato salad that is made with celery, onion and mayo.  That is gross too.  Definitely no flavor and bland.

@Carmie,Ive never had that kind of potato salad before.  Mine has the edition of  a couple of teaspoons of mustard, hard boiled egg whites (DH is a hart patient since 34 and I dispose of the cooked yolk), and chopped pickles.

Everything we go to the potato salad is my assignment.  One of our friends is so wild about it, that's all he wants for his birthday.

I have a friend who uses green olives and thinly sliced and chopped green peppers with celery seed.  I like that one very well.

Most all now have soy or canola in them and somehow they just taste bad.  I have given up.

Any of the Vegannaise Mayos, or Earth Balance Mayos...egg and dairy free!  And delicious..I find them better than Hellmans or Dukes.

Being a New England girl it is only Cains mayo for me. Nothing else will do. love the flavor.

It depends on what's on sale when I need it.  Hellman's is my favorite, but I also like Kraft Homestyle and Dukes, which only recently became available in my area.  The Kraft Homestyle has a texture like Hellman's.

I grew up on Miracle Whip, but also like Cains and Hellmans. Recently got Heinz Mayo from Prime and really like it.

Guess I have no loyalty when it comes to mayonaise!

I grew up on Miracle Whip. But now it's strictly Hellmans/Best Foods mayo.  Its odd that my grocery store actually stocks both Hellmans and Best Foods on their shelves.
