Yep, and there is a separate mode for specialty flours like rice or almond, Teff etc.  I've never even found good recipes for these gluten free flours .

Yay ! turned out great ! I followed the directions from the manual to a T got a recipe from King Arthur and measured everything out in it's own bowl, etc. 

Results were pretty good. Bring on the butter ! LOL
