Whole Foods how disappointing

they have been this holiday. I bought a turkey at a premium price for Thanksgiving, it was w/o a doubt the toughest, stringiest, dryest bird ever and I've roasted many. There were no juices in the pan to make a decent gravy. I've been buying turkeys from them for yrs. and noticed a freezer full of leftover birds today.

Their baked goods (specifically a yule log sponge cake) had expiration labels papered over with 4 day later expiration labels. Other breads were cold and wet from the freezer.

High prices and substandard foods? Has anyone else noticed the dramatic loss of quality?
