Found this recipe from the back of a Jell-O box in a binder of my mother's recipes, can't remember her ever making it though.  She was a collector of recipes, as am I:

2 cups boiling water

6-oz box lemon Jell-O

16-oz tomato sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped

3 oz cream cheese, cut into 1/2" pieces

4 green onions, thinly sliced

1 rib celery, chopped

Whisk water and Jell-O in big bowl.  Add in tomato sauce, salt, and pepper and refrigerate for 45 minutes to thicken.  Whisk chilled mixture to mix.  Fold in olives, cream cheese, green onions, and celery.  Pour into greased 9" loaf pan and refrigerate until set.  Invert onto big plate and serve immediately.

Nope.........never ate it, never will.  Just the looks of it makes me gag.  That's enough.

I think I have gone from gag to barf.

That stuff's really awful.

Oh my..grabbing my stomach! I remember seeing it on my grandma's table and it was right in front of me. I pushed my food around the entire meal as I was so grossed out by the sight of it. Never saw it again. Thankfully!
