Do ever get that snack craving and only something salty will satisfy? What do you reach for? I love to spread a little cream cheese on a saltine cracker and top it with a sliced green olive. Delicious and salty enough to calm those cravings.

I do get that craving and that's why I always have one or two bags of potato chips around.

I don't eat processed foods & I need to be sure to use extra salt every day. If I don't I will find myself consuming mustard out of the bottle. {#emotions_dlg.scared}

Lately, I like to add Himalayan Pink Salt to my guacamole. Sometimes I reach for a dill pickle.

Himalayan Pink Salt is wonderful. I use a LOT of it. Fabulous!

Anyway, what do I reach for? Pistachios!

I always try to keep this around:

*low-fat popcorn (whole grain, low-fat, high fiber, & more antioxidants than veggies or fruits)

AND most times one of the following:

*Utz Multigrain pretzels (low-fat & high fiber)

*Lays Lightly Salted potato chips (low-fat & high potassium)

*tortilla chips (low-fat, whole grain, & even more fiber if you get the multi-grain variety)

I only use sea salt on other stuff for taste, BTW.
