I hear ya! I can resist a potato chip, but not a Kettle chip. It's the crunch.

A Castelvetrano olive, a crisp dill pickle, a jarred hot pepper, nuts (cashews, mostly), chips and salsa, those dastardly Kettle chips (oh, what a satisfying crunch!), pita chips, cheese, pretzels.

A lot of the craving seems to be in the crunch factor. If it was really just a salt craving, I could open a can of Campbell's chicken soup or eat some pasta sauce. It's got to be connected to that crunch.

Fritos with ketchup...potato chips with ketchup will do in a pinch, but Fritos are saltier...
