We went out for a late lunch.  SO, he had fish and fries meal.  I had zucchini parm and a salad.  Yum.  So good.  I brought half of mine home.  The portions were huge.  Happy October.

Wagirl I have made that a few times and its very good. I got the recipe from a taste of home cookbook. Good evening everyone. Banana nut muffin for breakfast, jalapeno burger for lunch and leftovers for dinner.have a great night everyone.

Didn't really cook it but I had Brunswick Stew for dinner!

It is an old Southern stew and very flavorful.

No cooking here today.  I was supposed to meet up with my girlfriend group but guess what?  DH is sick now with the  stomach virus that our son's family had.  I'm staying home today.  I feel normal at the moment but don't want to carry anything to my girlfriends. Easy dinner tonight. Grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. It is cool here today, so soup will taste good. Have a great day everyone.

Spicy pork vegetable soup, which I have already tested and enjoyed!  I used spicy V-8 juice and Rotel tomatoes, plus a small jalapeño!

We survived!  I'm glad I cancelled on the girls.  I never heaved but soon after I let them know I wasn't coming I started feeling weak and achy, kinda out of it.  I slept a lot off and on. Today is better but still taking it easy.  We'll eat tomorrow!  Thanks all for your good wishes.  😊
