Pulled pork, mac and cheese, and cole slaw  for us tonight.

We are going to have a pizza tonight with sausage and mushrooms and a salad. Can't wait to start making soups, and stews, and using the oven more for cooking now that the weather has changed.

We had chicken salad sandwiches, chips and strawberries last night.

OMGosh!!! The roast slices I cooked sous vide--were delicious!!!! The prefect pink inside and altho not quite as tender--it was a chuck roast--it was so good!!! Took 3 hours in my Instant Pot . I sliced it very thin afterwards and made beef gravy and toasted a french baquette then layered it all on top!!! Had green salad and fresh toms with balsamic vinegar----ooohhh man!!!

Feeling refreshed this morning!  

Today is going to be another lowkey day.  We may go to Sam's after church for our keto ice cream bars, but that's all. 

I already had two bulletproof coffees this morning.  Normally it's just one, Lunch today will be an entree size chef's salad with ham and grilled chicken.

I am making barbecued ribs, potato salad and corn on the cob for dinner. Honeydew and cantaloupe for dessert. Have a great day everyone.

Making some broccoli salad and a pan of mac and cheese.  Several meals, plus some for the freezer.   August went by fast.
