Re: What's on your countertop?

I love the look of clean and uncluttered. I got some absolutely gorgeous granite kitchen countertops a few years ago and love showing them off! Sure makes me keep my countertops picked up!

Everything but the kitchen sink ..... oops, that's their, too. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

The only way I can tell that the sneaky kitty has been on the kitchen table: I have a 10-key there......and there's always something entered on it. (I clear after every use.)

Re: What's on your countertop?

Big Red - my Pro Kitchen Aid mixer

Baby Blue - my Classic Kitchen Aid mixer

Kitchen Aid 12-cup food processor

Knife set

Nutrition scales

Microwave

Four kitty placemats on top of the microwave (we use them when we feed the cats their breakfast and dinner)

Keurig (but I keep the Keurig carousel in a cabinet

I still have my Winterberry dishes out, so there's a large pitcher, meat platter and cookie jar on the counter next to the stove. I always have a large pitcher; it changes with whatever dishes I'm using at the time. I keep my utensils: spatulas, wooden spoons, microplanes, whips, etc. in the pitcher.

Will be putting the Winterberry stuff away this coming weekend and getting my Fiesta dishes out for spring. I have a large Laurel Burch cat pitcher with large matching coffee mugs to display on the counter....I will put my cooking utensils in that for spring. I like having my utensils out; I can grab as I go and it saves me so much time.

Re: What's on your countertop?

I have lots of stuff on my counter, luckily I have lots of counter space. Cutting boards, food processor, stand mixer, toaster, knife block,pepper grinder, olive oil, salt bowl, a couple of casseroles (Sophie Conran, really cool), bowl with fruit, soap dispenser, I have drink stuff on my butlers pantry counter, coffee maker, espresso maker, electric kettle and canisters with tea in them. Sometimes the vitamix is out there, but I usually keep it in the cupboard with other small appliances. Too much stuff for sure.

You name your appliances? That reminds me of my Dad who always named his car {#emotions_dlg.wub}

Countertop oven is all. Micro is on a separate cart. I don't cook much any more.
