[ Edited ]

I did a little running around today, a couple of returns, a UPS a drop off, Aldi's for produce, and to the organic farm to pick up my eggs.  I took some boneless pork loin chops out before I left.  I extended my fast until I got home and made dinner. I snacked in a boiled egg and a couple strawberries. For dinner, I made:

*Grilled  Boneless Pork Loin Chops

*Roasted Brussel Sprouts

*Half an Avocado with Everything Bagel Seasoning

*Ratio Keto Almond Crunch Bar

*Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding with Blueberries

Re: What's cooking in September?

We had company over today so I made dinner for lunch and will just have a some snacks (celery w/cream cheese, a HBE, a few macadamia nuts, and chia pudding) later, at dinner time.

On the lunch menu was:

Small Tossed Salad

Keto Lasagna

Sauteed Spinach w/garlic
